The boy was shot while standing at the corner of Jackson Boulevard and Kostner Avenue, police said.

Wright was killed near 114th Street and King Drive, authorities said.

The woman was shot in the 900 block of North Homan Avenue, police said.

November saw more car thefts and burglaries compared to last year, according to city data.
