A man was fatally shot in East Garfield Park, and two men were injured in separate Englewood shootings.

The fatal shooting happened in the 600 block of North Avers Avenue, according to police.

Andrew Brown, 46, was found early Monday in the 3000 block of East Cheltenham Place, police said.  

The victim was shot Saturday night in Englewood.

The 29-year-old was found fatally shot in the passenger side of a car, police said.

Christian Williams, also convicted in 1993 murder, was released from prison last year, prosecutors said.

A restaurant employee was fatally shot during a robbery, police said.

Christian Williams is accused of killing Thomas Sanchez.

Orduro Yeboah, 23, was shot in the head Monday while trying to help a friend, his family said.

A man was fatally shot in Austin. Later, a man was shot by a police officer in Back of the Yards.

The fatal shooting happened in the first block of North Lorel Avenue, police said.

Darryl Owens Jr., 34, was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Medical Center late Monday.

Owen Spears, 22, was shot multiple times in his stomach Monday afternoon, police said.

The 25-year-old man was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Hospital Monday night, police said.

Officers discovered the man unresponsive in the street in the 2100 block of West 19th Street.
