The 44-year-old man was shot in his head.

Omar Flores was shot Tuesday and died Thursday, authorities said.

The incident happened in the 7000 block of South Ingleside Avenue around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.

The teen was pronounced dead at Advocate Christ Hospital, police said.

The man, 35, was shot by a man who jumped out of an SUV in the 1200 block of South Western, police said.

The shootings happened in East Garfield Park, West Garfield Park, Jeffrey Manor and Albany Park.

Leonardo Matias was at his job servicing fire extinguishers when he was shot. He died Wednesday.

A 17-year-old boy is charged with killing Demario, 15, during a robbery Saturday afternoon in Englewood.

Demario Bailey was three days from turning 16, and was with his twin brother.

Timothy W. Quirk was killed during an altercation with another person, police said.

Police said Eric Hamilton fatally shot Guvonni Johnson during an argument.

The fatal shootings happened in Humboldt Park and Roseland within two hours of each other Friday.

The 19-year-old was shot multiple times, police said.  

The 23-year-old student from Pakistan was killed Friday night on West Albion.
