A 16-year-old boy, 21-year-old man and 23-year-old man were all fatally shot Wednesday night.

Three people were shot in Brighton Park around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

The 19-year-old man was shot in his ankle around 3:43 p.m., police said.

Most recently, a 27-year-old man was shot in Austin Wednesday night.

Most recently, a 25-year-old man was fatally shot in Humboldt Park, police said.

The 63-year-old man was shot in his right leg and hip, police said.

A 25-year-old man and 28-year-old man were both left in serious condition after the shooting.

The 25-year-old man was fatally shot in his body and face, police said.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital and later pronounced dead, police said.
