The incident occurred in the 7800 block of South Lowe Avenue, police said.

Marrecus Garrett, 37, was shot in a car on his Marquette Park block on Dec. 10.

Two of those people were wounded at the 95th Street Red Line station, police said.

Another person was injured by shattered glass in the incident Wednesday night, police said.

The shooting occurred shortly before 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve, police said.

Following one of the shootings, police shot at, but didn't wound, an apparent armed robber.

Glenn Houston Jr., 23, was shot Tuesday afternoon in the 400 block of East 79th Street.

Abraham Cooper was shot Tuesday night in the 400 block of North Lawler Avenue, authorities said.

The most recent shooting occurred in Austin early Tuesday.

The 19-year-old, shot Monday night, is a gang member, police said.

The 28-year-old, shot Monday near 83rd Street and Hoyne Avenue, is in stable condition, police said.

The 23-year-old man was pronounced dead early Tuesday at Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.

The shooting appears to be gang related, police said.

The man was listed in good condition at an area hospital, police said.

A man died after crashing into another car in South Chicago Sunday night.
