CHICAGO — A man was shot during a possible robbery in Beverly Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The incident occurred in the 9900 block of South Walden Parkway at 1:57 p.m.
A 22-year-old man, who police say is a documented gang member and convicted felon, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition after being shot in his torso.
