CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man was shot Monday night in McKinley Park.
Around 7 p.m., the 19-year-old man was shot while standing in the 3700 block of South Wood Street, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police Department spokeswoman.
The man was listed in stable condition at Stroger Hospital after being struck in the arm, Sedevic said.
The man is a gang member, and no one is in custody for the shooting, Sedevic said.
