At least two men were wounded in daytime shootings across the city Tuesday, police said.
A 42-year-old man was killed in West Humboldt Park Saturday morning, police said.
The man was shot after he pointed a gun at officers, police said.

In all, nine people were shot across the city overnight, including four men shot in Little Village.

Three people were killed and at least 23 more injured during a bloody Friday night.
Three people were wounded, one critically, in a shooting in North Lawndale.
Two men were wounded in separate shootings Monday night on the city's Northwest and South sides.
Ten people, including four teenagers, were wounded in shootings across the city since Monday evening.
Javier Gonzalez, 17, was shot to death a few blocks from his home on Nov. 14, authorities said.
Venzel Richardson, of the 6400 block of South St. Lawrence Ave., was pronounced dead Wednesday night.
Corey Williams, 29, of the 6000 block of South Richmond was killed in Auburn Gresham.
The incidents occurred in Humboldt Park, Roseland, Greater Grand Crossing and West Garfield Park.
