Vaughn Holeman, 15, was fatally shot in his chest Sunday afternoon.

The 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Xavier Tripp, 25, was shot multiple times in West Garfield Park, authorities said.

The shooting occurred in the 9300 block of South Stony Island Avenue about 11:35 a.m., police said.

Summer Moore, 37, was shot in the 11400 block of South Aberdeen Street Friday night, police said.

Jajuan Porter was killed in Chatham. Three others were hurt in Chatham, South Deering and West Pullman.

Jajuan Porter, 18, died on the scene. A second victim, 26, was shot in his chest and shoulder.

The incidents occurred in North Lawndale and Woodlawn.

The incident occurred at 4:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Central Park Avenue, police said.

Gerald Calhoun, 29, died after a drive-by shooting Monday evening in Englewood, police said.

Jerald Calhoun, 29, was killed and seven others were injured in shootings on the South and West sides.

Shooters in a dark-colored SUV shouted gang slogans before opening fire on Erie Street, police said.

Four men were shot in a River North drive-by. Three men were killed in Brainerd, Austin and Chatham.

The shootings included a River North incident in which four people were shot.

Antonio Mendez, 24, was killed early Saturday morning by the driver of a white SUV, police said.
