CHICAGO — Shootings have killed five people and wounded 24 since Friday, police said.

• At 1:44 a.m. Saturday, a man in his 20s was killed in a shooting in Chatham.

• At 1:05 a.m., a woman was shot to death in Englewood.

• At 11 p.m. Friday, a man in his 20s was found shot and killed in Chatham.

• At 5 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot dead in Austin.

• At 1:47 p.m., a 28-year-old man was shot to death in Auburn Gresham.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 3:48 a.m. Saturday, a 22-year-old woman and 19-year-old man were shot in Ashburn, police said. The two were walking into a home in the 7900 block of South Francisco Avenue when two people got out of a white car and fired shots at them.

The woman was hit in her shoulder and the man was hit in his arm and leg. They were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• At 2:44 a.m., a 24-year-old woman was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The woman was getting out of her car in the 300 block of North Avers Avenue when she heard shots and felt pain.

The woman was hit in her knee but refused medical attention, police said.

The woman was "very uncooperative," police sources said.

• At 1:34 a.m., five people were shot and wounded in Uptown.

• At 11:50 p.m. Friday, a 23-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the first block of South Keeler Avenue when someone in a white minivan fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left arm and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was standing in the street in the first block of West 111th Street when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his left leg and took himself to Roseland Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• Also at 10 p.m., two teens were shot in Austin, police said. The two were in the 100 block of North Lorel when they were shot.

The teens, 17, were each shot twice in their right legs, police said. They were taken to West Suburban Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

• Also at 10 p.m., a 46-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was in the 300 block of North Austin Boulevard when he was hit.

The man was shot in his left forearm and was taken to West Suburban Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

Police originally thought the man was shot in the same incident as the two teens on Lorel, but officers later said the shootings were separate.

• At 9:20 p.m., a 41-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 3300 block of West Lake Street when someone in a dark-colored sedan fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his right ankle and took himself to West Suburban Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 9 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Morgan Park.

• At 7:13 p.m., a 17-year-old was shot in Park Manor, police said. The teen was walking in the 7000 block of South Rhodes Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain.

The teen was hit in his abdomen and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 3:45 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was inside a gas station in the 5000 block of West Division Street when someone walked up to him and fired shots.

The man was hit in his stomach and was taken to West Suburban Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 3:39 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in Englewood, police said. The man was in the 6600 block of South Damen Avenue when he was hit in his lower left leg and left hand.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, police sources said.

• At 2:46 p.m., a person was shot while driving on the Eisenhower Expressway in the Near West Side.

• At 2:05 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was shot in Calumet Heights, police said. The boy was in the 2000 block of East 95th Street when he heard shots and felt pain.

The boy was hit in his right ankle and was taken to Trinity Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 12:55 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in the Near West Side.

• At 11:45 a.m., two men were shot in North Lawndale.

• At 11:29 a.m., a 14-year-old boy was critically wounded and a man hurt in a shooting in Austin.

No one was in custody.
