CHICAGO — Shootings have left two people dead and 13 wounded since Tuesday, police said.

• At 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, a 21-year-old woman was shot to death in Riverdale. The shooter was someone she knew, police said.

• At 4:50 p.m., a 22-year-old man was gunned down in East Side.

In non-fatal shootings:

• Most recently, at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday, a 28-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was in a car in the 7300 block of South Yale Avenue when a black SUV drove up and someone inside fired shots at the man.

The man was hit in his hip, buttocks and left leg. He took himself to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 1:30 a.m., one man was wounded during a shooting on the Bishop Ford Expressway.

• At 12:51 a.m., a 27-year-old man walked into the hospital after being shot in Washington Park, police said. The man was outside in the 5700 block of South King Drive when someone walked up, took out a hand gun and said he was robbing the man.

The man ran away and the thief shot at him, hitting the man in his hand, police said. The man took himself to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was in good condition, police said.

• At 12:42 a.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Garfield Ridge, police said. The man was walking down the street in the 4600 block of South Cicero Avenue when two people drove by in a car and one of them fired shots at the man.

The man was hit in his leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 12:27 a.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was walking down the street in the 100 block of West 72nd Street when two people walked up to him and asked him what gang he was in.

The man said he wasn't in a gang and the two men fired shots at him, hitting the man in his left leg, in each of his wrists and in his shoulder, police said. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man was not gang affiliated, police said.

• At 11:37 p.m. Tuesday, a 36-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was driving in the 1600 block of North Melvina Avenue when two men fired shots at him from the sidewalk.

The man was hit in his abdomen and buttocks and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

• At 10:30 p.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 7600 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue when someone in a dark-colored sedan fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his right leg and took himself to Jackson Park Hospital. His condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 7:30 p.m., a 29-year-old man was shot in Kenwood just four blocks from President Barack Obama's home.

• At 4:20 p.m., a 28-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, said Officer Laura Amezaga, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. The man was walking in the 1100 block of South Keeler Avenue when someone walked up, said they were robbing him and shot the man.

The man was hit in his groin and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, Amezaga said.

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

• At 3 p.m., a 31-year-old man was shot while getting off a bus in West Englewood.

• At 2 p.m., a 26-year-old man took himself to the hospital after being shot in Grand Crossing, Amezaga said. The man had been standing on a corner in the 7100 block of South Rhodes Avenue when a group of people walking outside fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left forearm and took himself to University of Chicago Medical Center, Amezaga said.

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

• At 1:25 p.m., a 31-year-old man was shot by someone he'd been fighting with in Englewood.

• At 12:15 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in Little Village.

No one was in custody in these shootings unless otherwise noted.
