Beers will be served from breweries including Revolution, Lagunitas, Pipeworks and Tangled Roots.
Tickets for the event, set for 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Volunteer Resource Center, are $65 each.
The market will take place in the parking lot of Edgebrook Elementary School.
The second annual festival is part of a group's attempt to bring more shoppers to the area.
Owner Laura Guenther said she hopes there will be more foot traffic in her new location.
