CHICAGO — Shootings have killed three people and wounded seven others since Monday, police said.

• At 2:37 a.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old man was shot and killed in West Englewood.

• At 9:47 p.m. Monday, a teenager or man was shot to death in West Woodlawn.

• At 8:46 p.m., a man in his 30s was fatally shot while sitting in a car in Austin.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, a 24-year-old woman was shot in Back of the Yards, police said. The woman was sitting in a parked car in an alley in the 4900 block of South Marshfield Avenue when someone walked up to her and fired shots.

The woman was hit in her chest and she was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The shooting might have been gang-related, a police source said.

• At 11:44 p.m. Monday, a 35-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was found wounded on the sidewalk in the 700 block of North Trumbull Avenue.

The man had been hit in his left leg and he was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.

• At 11:09 p.m., a 32-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man was sitting in a parked car in the 1100 block of South Troy Street when someone walked up to him and fired shots.

The man was hit in his legs and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

• At 9:07 p.m., a 30-year-old man was shot in West Pullman, police said. The man was driving a car and stopped at a red light in the 11900 block of South Halsted Street when someone walked up to the car and fired shots.

The man was hit in his neck and he was took himself to Roseland Community Hospital. He was transferred to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 7:51 p.m., a 27-year-old man was shot in Humboldt Park.

• At 5:15 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in Pilsen.

• At 2:59 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was in the first block of North LeClaire Avenue when he was shot in his lower back.

The man took himself to West Suburban Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
