CHICAGO — Shootings have killed six people and wounded six since Wednesday, police said.

• At 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, a 24-year-old man was shot and killed in Brainerd.

• At 8:35 p.m., a 31-year-old man was shot to death in Morgan Park.

• At 8:15 p.m., a pregnant woman in her 20s and a 20-year-old man were shot and killed in Chatham.

• At 7:05 p.m., a 45-year-old man was killed in a shooting in Riverdale.

• At 7:26 a.m., a 60-year-old man was found fatally shot in a Little Village garage.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 10 p.m. Wednesday, a 39-year-old man was shot in Burnside, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 9000 block of South Greenwood Avenue when someone in a dark-colored SUV fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his right thigh and left foot and he took himself to Trinity Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10:09 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot in Calumet Heights, police said. The man was a passenger in a car in the 9100 block of South Oglesby Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his back and he took himself to Trinity Hospital, where he was in serious condition, police said.

• At 9:19 p.m., a 29-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 5200 block of West Ferdinand Street when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his right leg and he took himself to West Suburban Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 6:52 p.m., a 16-year-old boy had his head grazed by a bullet in Little Village.

• At 4:46 p.m., a 29-year-old man was shot in Ashburn, police said. The man was in a car in the 7800 block of South Kostner Avenue when someone flashed gang signs at the man. The man got out of his car and the other person fired shots at him.

The man was hit in the right side of his face and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 1:17 p.m., a 21-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking down the street in the 5900 block of West North Avenue when someone in a brown Impala drove up and someone in the car fired shots.

The man was hit in his lower right leg and taken to West Suburban Hospital in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody in these shootings unless otherwise noted.
