CHICAGO — Jon Shupe, 31, was shot and killed in Morgan Park on Wednesday night, officials said.
At 8:35 p.m., the man was in the 11400 block of South Ada Street when he was shot in his head and back, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Shupe, of Calumet City, was pronounced dead at 9 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. An autopsy showed he died from multiple gunshot wounds in a homicide.
A person was being questioned in the shooting, police said.
