CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded 12 since Tuesday, police said.

• At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, a man in his 20s was shot and killed in Austin.

• At 8:34 p.m., a 28-year-old man was shot to death in Chatham. Two other people, 21 and 17, were wounded in the attack.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 1:59 a.m. Wednesday, a 19-year-old man was shot in South Shore, police said. The man was standing outside in the 6800 block of South Ridgeland Avenue when a dark-colored car drove up and someone inside fired shots at the man.

The man was hit in his stomach and was taken to Northwestern Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10:05 p.m. Tuesday, a 29-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man was standing in an alley in the 1300 block of South Troy Street when someone in a dark-colored SUV fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his left leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 9:03 p.m., a 20- to 25-year-old man was shot in Hyde Park while talking to a group of people.

• At 7:30 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was inside a car in the 100 block of South Pulaski Road when someone in another car fired shots.

The man was hit in his leg and he took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in good condition.

• At 6:10 p.m., a 36-year-old man was shot outside Uplift High School in Uptown.

• At 3:57 p.m., a 17-year-old was shot in Kenwood.

• At 2:48 p.m., a 46-year-old man was shot in West Pullman, police said. The man was in the 300 block of East 120th Street when he was shot in his buttocks.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

No further information was immediately available.

• At 2:27 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking in the 5000 block of West Madison Street when two people walked up, said they were robbing the man and took out a gun and shot the man.

The man was hit in his left shoulder and he took himself to Rush Hospital, police said. His condition was not immediately available.

• At 1:23 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was in the first block of West 111th Street when he was shot in his right leg.

The man took himself to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man was uncooperative with investigators, a police source said, and was a documented gang member.

• At 9:15 a.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said. The man was walking in an alley in the 700 block of South California Avenue when a car pulled up alongside him and someone inside shot at the man.

The man was hit in his chest, back and arm and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

The shooter drove away, police said.

No one was in custody in these shootings.

Also, a 5-year-old girl accidentally shot herself in Garfield Park.
