CHICAGO — A shooting in Austin killed Juwan Kemp, 26, on Tuesday night, officials said.
At 11:27 p.m., the man was driving a car in the 100 block of North Central Avenue when someone in a black SUV fired shots at him, police said.
The man was hit in his head and body and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Kemp, of the 10500 block of South Peoria, was pronounced dead at 11:42 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
