CHICAGO — Two men were killed and another 12 people were wounded, including a 6-year-old girl, in shootings around the city between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning, police said.

A 26-year-old man died after being shot while driving in West Ridge early Wednesday morning.

Another man, 38, was shot to death in South Shore Tuesday evening.

The girl, Tacarra Morgan, was listed in critical condition after being shot in West Englewood early Tuesday afternoon.

Separate shootings left two men wounded in Humboldt Park between late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.

• Most recently, at 2:14 a.m. Wednesday morning, an 18-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk in the 2000 block of East 71st Street in South Shore when a group of men walked up and shot at him, according to a police incident report.

The man brought himself to Jackson Park Hospital with a gunshot wound in his left leg, police said. Police could not provide his condition but said he was "stable."

• At 12:23 a.m., officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 3200 block of West 62nd Street in Chicago Lawn, where they found a 37-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in her buttocks, police said.

The woman was taken to Holy Cross Hospital and transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition, police said.

• At 11:55 p.m. Tuesday night, a 33-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk in the 6700 block of South East End Avenue, the same South Shore block where a 38-year-old man was killed earlier that evening, when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was "stable" with a gunshot wound in his left leg, police said.

• At 10:15 p.m., a 39-year-old man was sitting on a porch in the 7300 block of South University Avenue in Grand Crossing when someone shot at him from a passing white SUV, police said.

The man was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound in his left leg, police said.

• At 10:05 p.m., a 31-year-old woman was sitting in a car in the 0-100 block of West 110th Place when a group of men in dark clothing emerged from a nearby gangway and shot at her, police said.

The woman was brought to Roseland Hospital, where she was in good condition with a gunshot wound in her left shoulder, police said.

• At 9:20 p.m., a 26-year-old woman was driving east in the 4400 block of West Lake Street in West Garfield Park when someone shot at her from a dark-blue van, police said.

The woman was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she was in good condition with a gunshot wound in her shoulder, police said.

• At 7:33 p.m., a 22-year-old man was driving south in the 200 block of South Central Avenue in Austin when someone shot at him from the street, police said.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition after being shot in his back and his right arm, police said.

• At 4:40 p.m., a 17-year-old was standing at the corner of Maypole Avenue and Laramie Avenue in Austin when someone walked up and shot at him, police said.

The teen was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound in his left leg, police said.

Police said the teen is a documented gang member.

• At 4:30 p.m., a 38-year-old man was shot in his leg in West Englewood.
