The girl was grabbed by a man at 3:45 p.m. Monday, according to an alert sent by police.

The man rode away after the girl threatened to scream, police said.

It happened Wednesday around 9:40 a.m., according to police.

The incident came less than a week after another woman in her 20s reported she was groped a block away. 

The same man fondled three women over their clothing during three separate attacks, police said.

A man fondled the boy as he rode his bike with friends in the 4800 block of West Cornelia, police said.

Juan Juarez, 47, of the 4800 block of West Barry Avenue, was charged for the May incident.

Maurice Scales, 27, was charged with criminal sexual abuse and battery.
