Demond Parnell was found shot Monday night in the 5200 block of North Kenmore Avenue, police said.

The fatal shootings occurred in Edgewater and Chicago Lawn.

The 20-year-old man was in serious condition after being shot in the 1400 block of West 17th Street.

No one is in custody for the drive-by shooting Wednesday night.

The most recent shooting happened 45 minutes before midnight.

The two shootings happened about an hour apart in Englewood and Roseland.

The driver fled the scene after hitting a pedestrian early Wednesday, police said.
