CHICAGO — Two men were killed and another 24 people were wounded in shootings around the city between Saturday and Sunday morning, police said.

A 26-year-old man died after a drive-by shooting about a block from Thalia Hall in Pilsen late Saturday night.

Less than a mile away, a 43-year-old man died and a 40-year-old woman was wounded after being shot at an outdoor gathering in University Village early Sunday.

• Most recently, at 4:30 a.m., a 22-year-old man was shot in the 6000 block of West Chicago Avenue in Austin, according to a police incident report.

The man was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound in his right thigh, police said.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.

• Around 3:30 a.m., four people were shot in the 100 block of South Springfield Avenue in West Garfield Park, police said.

One man, 20, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound in his head, police said.

Another man, 37, walked into Stroger Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds in his groin and abdomen, police said. He was listed in serious condition.

Two other men, whose ages were not immediately available, were taken to Stroger Hospital with unspecified wounds.

• At 3:15 a.m., a 23-year-old man was sitting in a parked car in the 600 block of South Central Avenue in Austin when two men walked up and shot at him, police said.

The man brought himself to Loretto Hospital, where he was "stable" after being shot in his left hand and left leg, police said.

• At 2:20 a.m., two men were standing on the sidewalk in the 300 block of East 130th Street in West Pullman when they heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

A man in his 20s was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was in critical condition with a gunshot wound in his head, police said.

Another man, 41, was also taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was listed as "stable."

• At 2:04 a.m., a 60-year-old man was driving and stopped at a red light at the corner of 59th Street and Normal Avenue in Englewood when two men got into his car and tried to rob him, police said.

A struggle ensued, and one of the robbers shot the man in his right hip before fleeing, police said.

• At 2 a.m., a 19-year-old man was walking in an alley in the 4500 block of West Jackson Boulevard in West Garfield Park when a man walked up and shot at him, police said.

The man was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was "stable" with a gunshot wound in his right thigh, police said.

• At 1:50 a.m., a man and a woman, both 23, were walking in the 1800 block of South Kildare Avenue in North Lawndale when they heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

The man was shot in his right hand, and the woman was shot in her right shoulder, police said. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were considered "stable."

Police said the man is a documented gang member.

• At 11:35 p.m. Saturday night, two teenagers, 17 and 19, were standing in the 4000 block of West 38th Street in Archer Heights when they heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

Both youths were brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were "stable" with gunshot wounds in their right arms, police said.

• At 11:10 p.m., a 37-year-old man was walking in an alley in the 700 block of West 66th Place in Englewood when a man walked up and shot at him, police said.

The man was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition with gunshot wounds in his back and chest, police said.

• Around 9 p.m., an 18-year-old man was standing in the 4200 block of South Wells Street in Fuller Park when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

The man brought himself to Mercy Hospital, where he was "stable" after being shot twice in his left leg, police said.

• At 8:45 p.m., two men were shot in the 1600 block of South California Avenue in North Lawndale, police said.

A man in his 30s was brought to Stroger Hospital, where he was in serious condition after being shot in his back, according to Officer Veejay Zala, a Chicago Police spokesman.

Another man, 41, was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds in his legs, Zala said.

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.

• At 8:35 p.m., a 44-year-old man was driving in the 7400 block of South Phillips Avenue in South Shore when shots rang out and he was struck in his chest, Zala said.

The man was brought to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious condition, Zala said.

• At 8:15 p.m., a 36-year-old man was shot in his right leg in the 5100 block of West North Avenue in Austin, Zala said.

The man was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, Zala said.

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.

• At 3:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon, a 30-year-old man was brought to an area hospital after being shot in his head in the 100 block of East 123rd Street in West Pullman, Zala said.

The man was in critical condition, police said.

Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting.

• Earlier Saturday, two men were shot and wounded in Austin.

No one is in custody for any of the shootings, police said.
