RIVER NORTH — Arbella is ready to bring its medley of global cocktails to River North, eyeing a Thursday opening at 112 W. Grand Ave.
An offshoot of the next-door Tanta Peruvian restaurant, Arbella features an international cocktail menu drawn up by Tona Palomino, formerly of Trencherman in Wicker Park.
The menu will include Palomino's take on the "Singapore Sling," or gin and a sour mixer with cherry liqueur. Another cocktail he plans is a "Queretaro," or a margarita injected with liquid nitrogen to resemble a sorbet, then topped with red wine.
Drinks will range from $13 to $15, Palomino said.
