CHICAGO — Shootings have left three people dead and seven wounded since Wednesday, police said.

• At 12:40 a.m. Thursday, a gas station clerk was shot to death after an argument in Englewood.

• At 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Anthony Thomas, a 32-year-old man, was shot and killed in West Pullman.

• At 3:45 p.m., a shooting in Marquette Park left a 21-year-old man dead.

In nonfatal shootings:

• At 2:55 a.m. Thursday, a shooting in Irving Park left a 30-year-old man wounded.

• At 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, a shooting in Ashburn left a 59-year-old man wounded, police said. Officers were responding to a call of a person shot in the 7700 block of South Homan Avenue when they found the man on the porch of a home.

The man had been shot in the neck and back. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.

• At 8 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was shot in Back of the Yards.

• At 5:30 p.m., two people were wounded after a shooting in West Town's Smith Park.

• At 4:55 p.m., a 26-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman. The man was walking in the 1500 block of East 69th Place when he heard shots, felt pain and realized he'd been hit in the back.

The man called a friend to take him to Jackson Park Hospital. He was transferred to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, Estrada said.

The man was a documented gang member, police said.

• At 2:10 p.m., a shooting in Englewood left a 26-year-old man wounded.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
