LOGAN SQUARE — A 21-year-old man was shot in his leg in Logan Square early Tuesday morning, police said.

Around 2:50 a.m., the man was walking in the 2900 block of West Armitage Avenue when a man walked up and shot at him, according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was brought to Illinois Masonic Hospital, Pacheco said. Police could not provide his condition but said he was "stable."

No one is in custody, Pacheco said.
