CHICAGO — Two people were killed and five were wounded in shootings across Chicago since Monday, police said.

A 25-year-old man was killed after being shot in his arm and back in the 4900 block of South Drexel Boulevard in Kenwood late Monday, police said. The man was walking when shots rang out from a passing SUV.

Another 25-year-old died after being shot in his chest in Austin late Monday, police said. The man was standing on a porch when a man on foot opened fire in the 400 block of North Lawler Avenue.

• Most recently, two men, both 23, were shot at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday in Pilsen, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, Chicago police spokeswoman. Both men were stopped at a red light in the 2300 block of South Damen Avenue when a gold SUV pulled up and opened fire, Sedevic said. The men drove themselves to Stroger Hospital, both in stable condition. Sedevic said.

• A 26-year-old man was shot in his wrist and thigh at 10:40 p.m. Monday in Humboldt Park, Sedevic said. The man was standing in the street in the 500 block of North Kedzie Avenue when he was shot, Sedevic said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in stable condition.

• A 20-year-old man was shot in his stomach and arm around 7 p.m. Monday in West Pullman, Sedevic said. The man was riding a motorized minibike in the 11800 block of South State Street when shots rang out, Sedevic said. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition, Sedevic said.

• An 18-year-old man was shot in his leg around 6:10 p.m. Monday in Humboldt Park, Sedevic said.  He was in the 1000 block of North Avers Avenue when someone walked up and opened fire, Sedevic said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

No arrests have been made in the shootings, Sedevic said.
