LAKEVIEW — Get your spoons ready.

Tommy Wiseau is coming to the Music Box Theatre on Wednesday for a special 11th anniversary screening of "The Room."

The 2003 film has gained cult popularity among midnight movie crowds. It's been called the "Citizen Kane of bad movies" and one of the worst films ever made.

Wiseau wrote, directed, produced and starred in "The Room," and he'll attend a 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night screening at the Music Box, 3733 N. Southport Ave. Tickets cost $15.

If you've never attended one of the raucous screenings, stock up on plastic spoons and check out this viewer's guide and clip:

The movie will also play at 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Wiseau is only advertising an in-person appearance for the Wednesday showing.
