CHICAGO — A teen girl and a man were injured in two separate hit-and-runs along Fullerton Avenue Tuesday night, cops said.

In Logan Square, a 17-year-old girl was crossing the street in the 3700 block of West Fullerton Avenue about 7:30 p.m. when she was hit by a black pickup truck that didn't stop, said Officer Michael Sullivan, a police spokesman.

She was taken in critical condition to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Sullivan said. No one was in custody for the incident, he said.

About 6:05 p.m. in Belmont Cragin, a man in his 30s was in a crosswalk in the 5100 block of West Fullerton Avenue when he was struck by a red Pontiac Grand Prix traveling eastbound, Sullivan said. The car continued on after the crash, which sent the man to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in serious condition, Sullivan said.

Later, an 18-year-old man turned himself into police for the Belmont Cragin incident, Sullivan said. He had not been charged as of Wednesday morning.
