Shaughnessy Simms Jr. is accused of killing Jernale Richardson Friday morning, police said.

The fatal shooting occurred at 4:10 a.m. Saturday in Bronzeville, police said.

The incident occurred in the 1500 block of North Astor Street about 7:25 p.m., police said.

The fatal shootings occurred in Austin, West Garfield Park and North Lawndale.

The shootings occurred in University Village, Greater Grand Crossing, Auburn Gresham and West Englewood.

The incident occurred  on Christmas Eve  in the 2700 block of North Mango Avenue, police said.

Alexander Rodriguez, 22, died after being shot about 7:35 p.m. Monday, authorities said.

Of those wounded in shootings this weekend, four were killed.

Leroy Griffin, of the 7500 block of South Langley Avenue, was shot dead overnight.

Andre Hunter played drums in various places Downtown for nearly a decade.

Jeffrey Anderson, 29, was killed in the 2800 block of North Talman Avenue Friday night, authorities said.

The man was taken in serious condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Police say the female victim may have known the man who allegedly broke into her apartment and shot her.

Barnett Adams, 33, was shot dead in Austin. Another man, 39, was shot during a robbery in Archer Heights.

The man was shot in the 7800 block of South Stewart Avenue. A boy, 17, was later shot in South Shore.
