Prosecutors said they've found nine rape victims, but the statute of limitations ran out on some cases.

The former West Loop tanning-salon owner was charged in a fourth rape case Wednesday.

Marc Winner, 45, is charged in three separate rape cases, dating back to 2009. His salon was shuttered.

Winner was also formally indicted Friday on a third rape charge.
