A vote on the proposed regulations have been delayed until May, Ald. Brendan Reilly said.

Ald. Hopkins blamed the shooting on an open-air drug market in the 1400 block of North Sedgwick Street.

The North Branch Industrial Corridor Modernization Plan is now expected to be approved May 18.

The Department of Planning and Development set April 7 for the final public meeting on the plan.
