The man was accidentally shot by a police officer in Canaryville, police said.

The pair was driving in the 6700 block of South Bishop Street when they were shot, police said.
The most recent shooting occurred in the 5900 block of South Kedzie Avenue, police said.
Kelvin Davis, 24, was heading to Atlanta in July where he had a record deal lined up, his family said.
Police are questioning two men of interest after this mornings shooting, but no arrest have been made.
