The man was sitting in a vehicle when someone walked up and fired shots, police said.
The shooting occurred in the 2500 block of South Harding Avenue, police said.

Jawanza Brown, 21, of the 1600 block of Warren Boulevard and two 17-year-olds were charged.
The 7-month-old baby suffered permanent damage after the incident in Englewood, authorities said.
