ANDERSONVILLE — Andersonville will welcome a new pizza shop to Foster Avenue this weekend.
Beginning at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Fat Chris's Pizza and Such will celebrate its grand opening in the former home of Mexican-Korean fusion restaurant Takos Koreanos, 1706 W. Foster Ave., according to its Facebook page.
The restaurant is a dream venture from three brothers.
"It's something we wanted to do for awhile," said co-owner Chris Kussor, who lives in the neighborhood.
It will serve pizza by the slice, full pies, appetizers for carry out and also a buffet option, he said.
