LOGAN SQUARE — A sandwich shop called The Little Pickle is coming to the corner of Fullerton and Lawndale avenues in West Logan Square.
A city permit, which calls for $50,000 worth of renovations, was recently issued for the new eatery at 3701 W. Fullerton Ave., according to Chicago Cityscape, a website that tracks city permits.
The renovation includes building partitions, updating mechanical, electrical and plumbing and installing finishes, according to the permit.
Lindsay Malinowski, who owns the property, is behind the restaurant, which will be named The Little Pickle.
Malinowski was reached late Monday, but wasn't immediately available for an interview.
