CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who robbed a West Loop 7-Eleven with a semi-automatic weapon Thursday night.

The incident occurred at 11:30 p.m. at the store at 627 W. Jackson Blvd., police said.

The robber took the clerk to the rear of the store and bound his hands before fleeing to the Clinton Blue Line station.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot tall black man with a thin mustache weighing 140 to 165 pounds. He's between 20 to 35 years old. He was wearing a hat, a green Under Armour jacket with a hood, blue jeans light gray gym shoes and blue surgical gloves.
