West Loop Non-Profits To Share Stories Of Hope Thursday Night

WEST LOOP — Several West Loop non-profits who are creating change all over the city — and the world — will share their stories of hope with the neighborhood Thursday night. 

Non-profits that call the West Loop home will share their stories of impact at It's All About Impact from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Catalyst Ranch, 656 W. Randolph St. The event is sponsored by the West Loop Community Organization. 

Tickets, which include wine and appetizers from Blue Plate Catering, are $10 online or at the door Thursday night. 

Non-profits that will share their work include: 

• Open Books

• Old St. Patrick's Church

• Merit School of Music

• Chicago Literacy Alliance's Literacenter 

• The Frankie Knuckles Foundation

• Surge for Water

• UIC Women in Science & Engineering STEM/L@S GANAS

• National Ovarian Cancer Coalition

• Illinois Center for Handgun Violence Prevention

• Tutoring Chicago

• Foundation of Artists Mentored in Entertainment
