CHICAGO — Shootings have wounded three people since Wednesday, police said.

• At 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, a 21-year-old man was shot in the Near West Side, police said. The man was in the 1700 block of South Des Plaines Streets when he was shot in his shoulder.

The man took himself to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 2:19 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot multiple times while sitting in a car in Back of the Yards.

• At 9:08 a.m., a man in his 50s was shot while trying to disarm a robber in Roseland.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
