CHICAGO — Shootings have left two people dead and three wounded since Monday, police said.

• At 1:43 p.m. Monday, a 22-year-old man was shot dead in West Humboldt Park, police said.

• At 8:02 a.m., a 41-year-old man was shot dead in Roseland, police said.

No one was in custody.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 8 p.m. Monday, a 33-year-old man was shot in Norwood Park, police said.

He was walking in the 7300 block of West Higgins Avenue when a man approached him and talked to him before taking out a handgun and robbing him, police said. The victim was shot during the struggle and the attacker ran away.

The victim took himself to Presence Resurrection Medical Center in good condition, police said.

• At 4:20 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in South Austin, police said.

• At 3 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale, police said.

No one was in custody.
