CHICAGO — A 13-year-old boy was wounded in a Little Village shooting Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

At 12:30 p.m., the boy was in the 2800 block of South Trumbull Avenue when shots rang out, police said.

He was struck in his leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not released but police considered him to be stable.

No arrests have been made.
