HYDE PARK — Packed has released a menu of house-made pastrami and duck dumplings for its Friday opening.

The new 50-seat restaurant at 1321 E. 57th St. from Blackbird and Trencherman chef Mike Sheerin and partner Aaron DiMaria opens at 11 a.m. on Friday.

The restaurant released a menu late Thursday that includes two Peking duck dumplings with pork, green olives and ginger-scallion sauce in a curry wrapper and house-made pastrami dumplings with pumpernickel, beer-braised onions, pickled green tomatoes and violet mustard and other options for $4 for two dumplings or five for $9.

The restaurant will be adding a few additional dumplings in the coming weeks, but for now, here’s the six savory dumplings that will be available at lunch on Friday.
