PILSEN — Sauced Night Market keeps moving south.

After a six-month run at Emporium Arcade Bar in Logan Square and a pop-up in June at Soho House in the West Loop, the monthly bazaar on Thursday will bring its largest lineup of food, art and fashion vendors to Thalia Hall, 1807 S. Allport St.

The event, which runs from 6-11 p.m., is a platform for new and emerging food trucks and businesses. This time around, they include the two-month-old Happy Lobster Truck, specializing in lobster rolls and lobster mac 'n' cheese; the crepe truck Paris Ouh La La, and Indian food pop-up Bombay Breakdown.

If Asian-ish dumplings and buns are your thing, you'll have options from Wandering Foods, which offers Jewish-meets-Chinese bao (corned beef and sauerkraut, dill pickle chicken); Yusho, bringing its fried chicken steamed buns and salmon poke, and Maddy's Dumpling House, chef Chrissy Camba's pop-up concept.

Marz Community Brewing and Moody Tongue will pour beer.

Bridgeport's Marz Community Brewing will sample its beers at Thalia Hall. [Sauced Night Market/Facebook].

On the retail side, there will be vintage duds from Comet, a Pilsen boutique, handmade necklaces and baubles from CavaleStudio and Quippy McSnarky comics and greeting cards by artist Theora Kvitka, plus candles, soap, furniture, posters and underwear.

And yes, there will be small-batch beard oils for sale from Windy City Beard Co.

Sauced Night Market is free to attend.
