LOGAN SQUARE — Sauced, a new night market combining food and artsy wares, will run from 6-10 p.m. Tuesday inside Emporium Arcade Bar, 2363 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Food vendors include the yet-to-open Formento's, the Irving Park smoke shack smalls, Edgewater's Cookies & Carnitas and food truckers Doner Men, Spice! and The Garage, with beverages by Solemn Oath Brewery and Virtue Cider.

There will be clothing and accessories from Tarnish, the West Town men's and women's boutique, reclaimed wood furniture by renglewood and vintage goods from Awful Waffles.

Bartender Jacyara de Oliveira of Sportsman's Club will pour drinks featuring Ancho Reyes, a chili liqueur, and Campo de Encanto pisco.

There is no admission to the monthly event, which will be held on Tuesdays but not necessarily on the same Tuesday each month. The market might hop around to other venues in future months, according to Sauced co-founder Rachel Fletcher.

Fletcher, also marketing manager of The Nosh market, started Sauced with Erin Lowder, general manager of operations at Solemn Oath Brewery in Naperville, and Sarah Freeman, Zagat's Chicago editor.

As this is the season of pop-up food markets, the second annual Tasting Table Open Market is scheduled for Dec. 6 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at Redmoon, 2120 S. Jefferson St. More than 40 food vendors will participate. The $5 ticket includes one drink.

Meanwhile, the weekly — and free — Prime Market, held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sundays at 1st Ward at Chop Shop, 2033 W. North Ave., continues through Dec. 21, with a hiatus on Nov. 30.
