CHICAGO — FBI officials are searching for a man who robbed a Chase bank in Little Village Monday.

Around 9:15 a.m., a man walked into the bank at 3101 W. Cermak Road, handed a teller a note and demanded money, said Officer Veejay Zala, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man got away with an unknown amount of cash, Zala said.

FBI officials believe the man is the same robber who robbed a PNC Bank, 2154 W. Madison St. in the Near West Side on March 31.

The robber is described as 6-foot-tall with a slim build. During last week's robbery, he was wearing a red jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 312-421-6700.
