WEST LOOP — Craft liquor producers CH Distillery will host a guest bartender series featuring bartenders from city hot spots like Big Star, The Violet Hour and Blackbird.
Bartenders will create cocktails using CH Distillery products beginning Tuesday, then every second Tuesday of the month. The Aviary's Charles Joly is the first guest bartender.
Joly's cocktails include the Fulton Market Fizz, made with CH key lime gin, CH curacao, Aviary seville orange cordial and lemon, and the Wrong Side of Ryan, made with CH whiskey, several different Italian herbal liqueurs, vermouth and an angostura teapot aroma.
CH, which opened at 564 W. Randolph St. in August, makes its own vodka, gin, whiskey and rum; more recently the bar added a bourbon and limoncello liqueur to the list.

CH Distillery's hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 5-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m.-midnight, closed Sunday and Monday.
