WEST LOOP — Harvest Juicery, a cold-pressed juice bar, is set to open Tuesday.

Originally a bottle delivery service started last year by former chef Kristina Sciarra, the cold-pressed juice bar opens early Tuesday morning at 1012 W. Lake St.

The raw juice is hydraulically pressed without using heat and includes combinations like Watermelon (watermelon, cayenne, sweet basil), Beet (beet, orange, turmeric, tarragon) and Almond Cashew Milk (almond, cashew, Saigon cinnamon, vanilla bean, Portuguese salt cream).

Harvest Juicery will make and bottle 11 juices and three smoothies, which cost $8 apiece, in addition to cold-pressed ginger-and-lemon shots for $3, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
