LINCOLN PARK — The front doors to Sprout remained chained this week after the restaurant permanently shut down for business earlier this month.
Sprout representatives have not decided what to do with the restaurant's former space at 1417 W. Fullerton Avenue, but have no plans to reopen under a new concept, according to Eater.
Head chef Dale Levitski could not be reached for comment but recently parted ways with Sprout along with his second-in-command John Hagedorn, who left Sprout for The Radler in October.
Sprout's "little sister" restaurant Frog and Snail remains open.
