CHICAGO — Breakfast chain Yolk will be opening its fifth Chicago location on Diversey in Lincoln Park, it was confirmed Tuesday.

The building at 501 W. Diversey most recently housed Isabel's Restaurant, a diner with an Italian twist that opened in January. Before that, it was a greasy spoon called The Grove.

Yolk owner Taki Kastanis took over the lease and bought Isabel's assets, said Spero Adamis, of Cornerstone Commercial Partners, who represented Kastanis in the sale.

The Diversey location could open as early as February or March, said George Anagnostakos, manager of the location at 747 N. Wells St.

Yolk has restaurants in the the South Loop, Streeterville and River North, and an as-yet unopened West Loop location at the Citigroup Center at 500 W. Madison St.
