CHICAGO — Shootings have left six people wounded since Thursday, police said.

• At 2:30 a.m. Friday, a 36-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man had been sleeping in his car in the 4600 block of West Adams Street when someone shot at him.

The man was hit in his leg, and his chest was grazed by a bullet, police said. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.

• At 10:26 p.m. Thursday, a 35-year-old man was shot in Grand Crossing, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 7200 block of South Stony Island Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his groin and he took himself to Jackson Park Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

The man is a documented gang member, police said.

• At 9:48 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was walking on the sidewalk in the 4800 block of West Hubbard Street when he heard shots and felt pain.

The man was hit in his buttocks and refused medical attention, police said.

• At 9:05 p.m., two men were shot in Austin, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman. The men were walking in the 5100 block of West Ohio Street when two men walked up to them, fired shots and ran away.

A 20-year-old man was hit in his right leg, and an 18-year-old man had his right leg grazed by a bullet, Estrada said. They were taken to Stroger Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," Estrada said.

• At 12:54 p.m., an 18-year-old man was shot in North Lawndale.

No one was in custody.
