LINCOLN PARK — Designer juice bar Owen + Alchemy is expanding to two North Side neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park.

By late summer, a pop-up version of the high-end juice bar will open within élu, 1211 W. Webster Ave., a trendy boutique that matches the design aesthetics of Owen + Alchemy, it was announced Wednesday.

The 750-square-foot bar will serve all of the items Owen + Alchemy is known for: cold-pressed juices, nut milks, kombucha, snacks, nut butters and herbal vials.

The line of designer juices retail for $10-$12 per 16-ounce bottle. The company also offers cleanses ($65 per day for a six-juice supply), monthly memberships and subscriptions.

“A large portion of our customer-base comes from Lincoln Park and this particular stretch of Webster has a lot of character and an amazing residential community that supports it," owner Anne Owen said in a prepared statement.

Owen is also opening another, more permanent location within the Lawrence House, 1020 W. Lawrence Ave., thanks to the financial backing of FLATS Chicago.

As the winner of the #FLATSproject, Owen was able to open the "modern juice apothecary" inside the renovated Uptown apartment building.

Last year, Owen announced new locations in the West Loop and West Town. A spokeswoman said she's still exploring the possibility of opening in those neighborhoods, but will remain focused on the Uptown and Lincoln Park locations for now.

The flagship juice bar opened in Logan Square in 2014.
