CHICAGO — Shootings left four people dead and 14 wounded between Wednesday and Thursday, police said.

Three people were shot to death by someone they knew in Englewood late Wednesday, police said.

A 22-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound in the head in Pullman, police said.

Nonfatal shootings:

• At 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, a 25-year-old man was shot in Pullman, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. The man was driving in the 12900 block of South Lowe Avenue when someone walked out of an alley and fired shots at him, Pacheco said.

The man was hit in the thigh and was taken to Metro South Medical Center, where his condition was not released but he was listed as "stable," Pacheco said.

• At 8:23 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was shot in Austin, Pacheco said. The boy was standing in the 1300 block of North Parkside Avenue when a car drove up and someone inside fired shots at him.

The boy was hit in his leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was in good condition, Pacheco said.

• At 8:04 p.m., five people were wounded when multiple shooters opened fire on them in Grand Crossing, Pacheco said.

• At 6:40 p.m., a 17-year-old was shot in Chicago Lawn, Pacheco said. The teen was in the 2500 block of West 63rd Street when he was shot in the left thigh. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center.

The teen was uncooperative with officers, police said, and the shooting might be gang-related.

• At 2:18 p.m., a woman and man were shot while sitting in a car in the Near West Side, police said.

• At 2:12 p.m., a man was shot and wounded in Garfield Park, police said.

• At 12:45 p.m., a pregnant woman and two men were shot in Marquette Park, police said.

No one was in custody in the shootings.
